At Casa Dulce, we take pride in the quality of our artisanal treats and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we offer a 14-day window for returns on non-perishable items and replacements for any goods that arrive damaged.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery if your order is damaged or incorrect, including your order number and photos of the items.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if a return is required.
- 3.Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and ensure they are securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship out a replacement within 3-5 business days.
